Some like it hot....

Reed really enjoys a good nursery rhyme. Well, give him the choice and he'd have you read a whole book-full with him joining in as much as he can. Here's a sampling of one of his favorites from breakfast the other morning.

For reference:
Pease porridge hot, pease porridge cold,
Pease porridge in the pot, nine days old;
Some like it hot, some like it cold,
Some like it in the pot, nine days old.
*Note: In case you are wondering about the "boy down the lane" that he threw in the middle, that's from Baa baa black sheep.

Speaking of Baa baa black sheep, here's a little bit that I was able to catch from Reed's rendition. He is very expressive.

For reference:
Bah, Bah, black Sheep,
Have you any Wool?
Yes sir, yes sir,
Three Bags full,
One for my master,
One for my Dame,
One for the little Boy
That lives down the lane.
