Weekend with Granny and P-pa!

It had been about two months since Reed had seen his Granny and P-pa down in Greenville, but this weekend they came up to Elgin for a visit. They spoiled Reed rotten with attention, but they also were a huge help to Bob and me as well. Bob and Dad tackled the project of changing out the faucet in the bathroom. It looks and works SO much better now. Mom pulled weeds in the backyard and made our patio area look presentable once again. That was no small feat, let me tell you. Dad also tinkered with the reel mower and then mowed the lawn. Our neighbors will probably be sending a thank you note to him soon. Thank you again, Mom and Dad, for helping us with the tasks that have become more difficult with a young baby in the house.
